★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the usual food-factory produced ngoh hiang; it's the proper stuff AND the Stuff is properly handled!
Squid is sliced Thinly to bring out the flavor and texture and not cooked till rubbery.
Liver roll is particularly good (assuming you're not averse to liver in the 1st place!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located inside People’s Park Hawker Centre is the Wu Xiang stall.
They have a variety of ingredients to choose from which you can pick yourself. Everything we picked was delicious and fresh. They would fry it up again to make sure it’s hot. The Aunty is also super nice and friendly.
The only thing lacking I would say is the chilli sauce as not as good. Other than that, a great Wu Xiang stall. Give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice traditional Hokkien style #ngohhiang stall with special items on their menu.
Ordered 2 portions of 马蹄蛋 which I’ve not seen anywhere else. Tasted a little like tamago with firm bite. Nice. Sotong in a bright orange hue is well-prepared and sliced upon order. A nice bite and not rubbery.
虾饼 is quite sizeable piece (size of a paper plate) and very crispy and not oily. Youtiao is coated with sotong paste is also fried till crispy.
Ngoh hiang is packed more full of yam and nice too, not too salty.
Even their bee hoon is good, lightly fried, yet fragrant, tasty and not oily.
Like that all the items are not too oily and though they are re-fried upon order, remain fresh, crispy and full of flavour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T EVEN order their Prawn Cracker. Take away 2 and both were sour and worse of all. Got A STRAND OF WHITE HAIR EMBEDDED INSIDE! And it was already in my mouth and when I spat it out to only realise the hair was inside the cracker?????????
I spend a good 20 min in the toilet vomiting what I just ate… Never going back! ?
