โ โ โ โ โ OCEAN is the pioneering cosmetics toiletries shop above people's park food centre. The toiletries are very cheap (50% less) compared to the general supermarkets. There is another shop at level 2 called swanston but I prefer OCEAN because it is cheaper and better and the staff are more down to earth and friendly and helpful

โ โ โ โ โ I went to support local business last month and bought a few packets of Softlan. However 2 of the packets of Softlan that we open to use today are not of acceptable standards. The liquid are sandy and do not mixed with water well. This is unlike those we bought from supermarkets which never has this problem. We are disappointed with our purchase.
