Centre is run by Chinese nationals frommthe receptionist to the masseur. Could use more hygiene control as the towels use has a stench. Only a few Masseur are good but got to book them way in advanced as they are popular.

Came here for tuina for strained neck... Halfway through massuer came back with a tray of cupping equipments, wanting to proceed with cupping without seeking my approval in the first place. Would have went ahead with it anyway if she asked in the first place. Will not be returning. left the place feeling annoyed.

Found this place on Google and made my way over due to stiff neck. The lady that massaged me was pretty good, with the usual sales talk here and there (ask you ba guan, sign package) etc; not pushy tbh. Only one downside and which is a huge bummer to me personally is that their main motive is to sell you a package, not to actually heal you from your ache and sore. I left feeling better, but not fully recovered because I've to return for a "follow-up" session, which I will attend but not this place unless without other options.

Brought my son here due to the sprain of his leg. The Doctor did some basic check on his leg, tap a few times on his leg and asked whether it's painful. After son replied it's painful, the doctor told us to get a X ray done. He didn't even ask how my son sprained his leg and do a more thorough check before asking us to do a X ray. No massage of the leg and just do a plaster with the Chinese herbs. ?

Went to try with promo price, but was keep intro to cupping etc and end up paying same price as per normal. Very hard and pushy on selling for their $823+ packages from the receptionist. Honestly, The masseur are friendly and nice but the receptionist who might be lady boss has the WORST ATTITUDE that give you the worst experience that seriously make you think twice that if you should spend that kind of amount there.

I bought a package in Jan 2018 and was told that it was lifelong and shareable between family/friends. My previous visit was in Nov 2019. So obviously i wasn't informed that it expires in 2 years since that time and because of Covid, i didn't go back in 2020. So now that my supposed package expired in Jan 2021, I was not told over the phone that I would have to pay for a session as the receptionist said they would honor it (without a clause of extension of buying more session, over that call). She insisted that I could have gone back since they reopen from July 2020 (but what for when I didn't need it and didn't know my 2 year validity). The receptionist tried hard to upsell and get me to buy half a package (5session, 1 free). I didn't buy it to extend my package, since they lost track of how many sessions I remained). So she insisted that I had to pay for this session of 71.69 inclusive of $1 for the cover(in their website/signage at reception), while the sign wrote 70.62 (66×1.07= 70.62?), if I didn't extend. It was called 保健, same as my old package. So I paid as I was not willing to commit with them. So bottom line is, always be prepared to pay for at least a session if your package "could have" expired, if they are not "clear" enough to tell you over the phone. Massage was reasonable, cannot fault the masseur although she tries to convince me to buy but less hard selling. My previous masseur back in 2018- 2019 was better (subjective) but I think she left. If buy package now it is still shareable. Accepts Visa/nets. But if you really need the treatment, you can sign with them. Their Tui Na and bagua works. Just that they can be pushy towards sales, be it now or 2 years ago when I used Fave. Hopefully this helps.

First visit for 60 mins massage. Book thru Fave: $28. Need to register with your IC. Room is small. The Chinese masseuse strength is good ? She is also very chatty, recommend other treatments such as acupuncture and cupping therapy. (additional cost) ?

If you have a sprain, can come for treatment. Authentic TCM. But note the cost could be $100+ per session depending on the items you are charged for. update: perhaps not the best place to consider as the costs are exaggerated compared to other places. downgrading to 2 stars purely for the nice doctor and staff (on surface)
