Dr Shane and staff have been really good and professional in handling each consultation sessions. I have made large improvements with my lower back and shoulder issues. Highly recommended!

Dr Shane and team are very professional and friendly everytime i have been there. Dr Shane has help me with my lower back sprain, aiding in the recovery. He has been very accomodating with any queries I have about my condition. Have nothing but good experiences so far!

Was introduced to Chiropratic by a friend, so I popped by Chiropractic First at Westmall which was the nearest to where I live. Dr Shane could immediately tell what was wrong with my spine after the first consultation (which was later on confirmed by the X-ray scans). I started my journey with a lot of pain in my lower back; 6 months into the therapy I’m feeling a lot better. I can stand and sit for longer periods of time without feeling pain. My neck was also very tight and painful when tilted backwards, but the flexibility in my neck is much better now. The only 2 feedback I can give are: 1) each session is really short, sometimes it’s not even 5 minutes. I’m not sure if duration affects recovery but whatever that’s done in that 5 mins has helped me a lot though 2) there was a 2 months delay in my 2nd X-Ray due to administrative error Finally, I’d like to thank the operations team for always accommodating my last minute requests for rescheduling and to Dr. Shane for making my back pains much less painful and frequent!

Being a client of dr shane for more than a year now, i can say with confidence that dr shane is great at what he does and he will not hesitate to adapt his ways to fit a clients needs. Every once in awhile i would share with him some discomfort that i dont particularly feel on the regular. However dr shane will still make time to listen to any concerns and questions i have and answer them accordingly. For my case scoliosis is not curable and understanding that dr shane has does whatever he could to provide me comfort, i can say that i am in fact satisfied with his service. Some flaws i found in chiropractic first west mall would be the admin work. Though the staff there are friendly and welcoming, occasionally they tend to either forget to update my next appoinments or at times they would accidentally book my appoinments on wrong days, which can cause confusion that ill have to contact them to clarify. TLDR: chiropractic first is great however based on my experience chiropractor is not a permanent solution unless you intend to see them regularly long term

I was having excruciating slip disc pain sometime early July 2021. My colleague recommended Dr Shane to me and I went for a full course treatment. 2 and half months down the road, pain has reduced with Dr Shane’s treatment. The first month was quite painful as I almost want to give up. Dr Shane assured me treatment will take time to heal. Now my can walk better with much pain. Coming across Chiropractic First was one of the best decisions I ever made. Frequent and recurrent headaches and dizziness were starting to bother me and I started Googling for chiropractic clinics to try out. Honestly have never come across of Chiropractic First until I randomly saw their clinic sign when I dropped by Westmall. The treatments and adjustments I have had thus far have definitely helped in clearing the worrisome issues. Dr Shane and his staff have been very approachable and helpful in all aspects, right from registration to treatment. Thank you and I hope to get even better!

Dr. Shane and the team have been friendly and welcoming. They are very experienced in their job and were not forcing us to commit when my mother had her first consultation with Dr. Shane. Dr. Shane explained in detail what was not right and assured us that there is still hope to recover. The process was fast as the team explained what needed to be done clearly. My mother went for her first consultation, X-ray, and first correction on the same day. The expertise and warm hospitality made my mother continue with the service as she felt secure and a lot of improvement after a consistent session with Dr. Shane.
