★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much privacy. Room was used as storage for bottled water. Instead of asking the delivery guy to wait outside, he was allowed to enter the room midway through session without asking our permission and proceeded to off load more than 10 boxes of bottled water in the room.
Staff walking us through the process was knowledgeable.

Joanne Pang who assisted in LPA was very patient, approachable and friendly. She took great care to explain the LPA.

Joanne Pang who assisted in LPA was also very approachable and friendly. She gave clear explanation about the LPA. We had our 2 small children with us and the rest of staff were very kind to keep the little ones entertained and made sure they were well taken care of while we were signing the will.
They have great service, staff are friendly and approachable. I have good experience with Simply Will and i will definitely recommend anyone to Simply Wills.
