Doctors are good and the receptionist who attended to me was okay and that's why I am giving 2 stars. Waiting time just to get registered is horrible maybe even horrendous. The Chinese receptionist literally just sitting down there doing nothing. Idk what is she getting paid for. People sick at least have some empathy and get the job done fast. Sit down there in aircon chit chat while patient waiting outside for meds and payment instead of resting at home. Worse than polyclinic. If you ever make the mistake of getting sick, don't make the lethal mistake of coming to this clinic after 7pm. If polyclinics were open any later, I would rather go there. Less waiting times.

Reached at 12.50pm. And say come back after 2pm, it's closed. Not stated close at this time in google map or even the main door itself. And its Thursday. Generally there is really problems with clinics in Singapore. Authority should do something.

Lousy and rude counter staffs. Tha approach of the counter staff is really rude. I visited the clinic on 26 June 22 at 1150am, counter staff said there are too many people. Ask me to come at 2pm. I visited the clinic at 150pm again. The counter lady ask me ”I thought u come earlier, I recognised you”. I told her that “I did, but didn’t get to see doctor due to long queue”. She mentioned “I thought my colleague told you 2pm?” I told them “it’s 150pm now, I just want to check if I am able to register first?“ Why do they takes things so rigid, must start at 2pm exactly. There are no proper queue system! No seats, just keep on ask patients to WAIT OUTSIDE. If this clinic is not near my place and I’m really feeling sick, I wouldn’t had visits here. In future if I’m really sick, I’m going to travel a bit farther to visit other clinic than to visit here.

This is the only clinic that closes late and nearby to accept my insurance. I always leave disappointed with the customer service from the clinic assistants. They have no manners and no proper etiquette. They always treat me like a child and try to charge me extra. I’ve always come in with a positive attitude, i don’t deserve this kind of treatment from them. Today by far the worst experience i had with them. Slim chinese receptionist, had a bad attitude from the beginning and bluntly ask me “you here for what” just tossed the book (for insurance) then telling me i need to pay $21 upfront for the surge charge. I told her shouldn’t i see the doctor first and pay everything together? She repeats herself as if i didn’t understand with her attitude. I told her i understand but it doesn’t make sense to make payment upfront without consulting first. Then she just said “go wait outside your number ..” Upon getting medicine, her colleague (who was nice btw) i thinks was training but i could see that the lady was talking about me to her in chinese i can just see her vibe. I don’t understand why everytime i ask for a receipt, we don’t get the prices of medicine etc. I suspect they keep the money. Awhile back, my colleague went to this clinic, she showed her insurance but they tried to charge her full price. I showed up to tell them off that she has her insurance the two receps stared at me and then changed the price “as it was their mistake” I get it you frontliners are tired and all, but when a patient treats you with respect, so should you. coming from a CSO myself. The doctors here are nice, but i can’t stand all the receps. Just rude for no reason.

Waited 4 hrs outside the clinic without a place to sit for myself. Also the orher time wanted to register for my daughter as she has fever and covid but counter staff insist to see my daughter face and do not allow registration without seeing yr face, which they are so I'm copassionate and inflexible even I tried to explain the kid is sick and I would like to register first. In the end went to the opposite clinic and the counter staff allow me to register and waited for an hour before my husband carry my kid to see doc, which has seats inside and outside rhe clinic. Very disappointing with the counter staff.

Visited this clinic for the first time. Clinic Assistants were really nice and helpful but wouldn't recommend to see the doctor here, he couldn't wait to send me out of the door and didn't really ask me proper questions. I wasn't diagnosed properly, didn't feel better the next day and had to seek a second opinion.

The clinic assistant here is very rude and have a very bad customer service. I ask them questions nicely but they reply me unwilling. And their tone is very rude. I just kindly tell them to speak to me in a more friendly manner and she say that she is like that. I seriously think that the clinic assistant here need proper training. I will not go to this clinic again, even if is near my house.

Although the waiting time is longer than usual. But can understand! Dr Charmaine are good ?? The nurse Jasmine who doing the ART test for me is good not pain, after my swab i asked her some questions , she replied all my questions professionally ?????? 2staffs at the counter is doing their great job with smile! As Waiting for my medication not too long.
