I’ve called yesterday to inform you about a group of people at block 458 shelter near the open space atrium at 11pm plus. You mentioned that this happens all the time and did seem like you are taking it lightly. But i still took your word for it and that a policeman will come and help to resolve this noise nuisance. However no policeman came. I could still hear them downstairs past midnight. Please let me know if i should have just called 999 regarding such matters.
