Went there to update my residential address. Very efficient process & friendly services offered from them.

The policemen at this station are very helpful. But the work flow can be improve to shorten the waiting time.

Prompt & professional police officers on duty. Officers promptly assessed each walk-in visitor on their requests, quickly determining if the NPC were the correct agency to assist them.

I wish to share my unpleasant experience I had encountered this evening at Teck Whye NPP. I went there with my husband to update both our address. The officer in charge who attended us was Fazhan. He did not accede to our request despite the whole file of documents I had produce including lease, option to purchase, hdb letter & SP letter. I told him this is my second visit to update address but in the end I did not get my address updated. He request us to come back again with the latest SP bills as the one I brought was dated 22/4/16. I went to another NPP located at Bukit Batok straight away. I had both of our address updated there. The officer in charge said the HDB letter is acceptable & he is able to update based on that letter. I am puzzled by the double standard practiced at both PP. Was it due to the queue at Teck Whye NPP during my visit & Fazhan merely wish to get rid of us quickly & move on to the next so that he could knock off on time? Or is he not experience enough to determine on the required docs? Appreciate a reply to my queries. Bessie Ong

15 Jan 2022 Attention to SGT Yap: I’ve called yesterday to inform you about a group of people at block 458 shelter near the open space atrium at 11pm plus. You mentioned that this happens all the time and did seem like you are taking it lightly. But i still took your word for it and that a policeman will come and help to resolve this noise nuisance. However no policeman has come. I could still hear them downstairs past midnight. Please let me know if i should have just called 999 regarding such matters.

I had to make a report because of my lost EZ-link card. I had known making reports to be a hassle but the current technology makes it so much easier. There's a self-kiosk to do report using singpass. It has become so much simpler and easier for me!

The Malay police officer was personally rude to me calling me "eh come here" in a rude way, calling one of his sir saying that I'm weird or something, just isn't a sincere officer. All I hope to do for the division is to hire officer who respects their citizens, the Malay police officer also expected me to go on my own to find the witness who saw who stolen my bag and because of that I was badly beaten up by the person who took my bag, I wouldn't have ended up detain if it wasn't for the fight
