★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall poor experience, shop charges me $30 for testing my eyesight, which is part of consultation fee. When I ask why this was not communicated to me before hand, personnel shared that it was written on the board. If I had known earlier, would not allowed them to test my eyes.
Gave me a few quotations, however prices are more on the higher side, decided to seek a second opinion instead of commiting to the quoted price. Initially quoted me $600 - $800 without frame.
Previously brought from them in the past, however the quote he gives seems to be quite significantly higher. Hopefully there’s another spectacle shop open here in Hougang next time.
