Bought satay from Chomp Chomp Satay and grilled chicken wings from 511. The satay was a bit hard not tender and juicy. Overall the food was okay but nothing to shout about.

A popular dinner and supper place. Opens at about 6pm. There are stalls selling Hokkien Mee, Satay, Satay Bee Hoon, Fried Kway Teow, Sugar Cane Drink, Wanton Noodles, BBQ Seafood, Rojak, Chicken Wing, Carrot Cake and more. Food are generally above average. Hard to get parking space (nightmare if don't know how to parallel park). Seats are limited, and made worse by Covid Safe Distancing, which practically halved the already small seating capacity.

?? so far tried two dishes . Satay and Hokkien Mee. Normal . 20mins for Hokkien mee at 1700 hrs and not many people around?? I guess is marketing . So as the night crawls into dinner time , 1 hour ???. Honestly nothing to shout about . But one man meat is another man poison. ???

Carrot Cake / Chye Tow Kueh (SGD $3) @ Stall 36 Carrot Cake. . Beloved for their aromatic plates of carrot cake infused with garlic and wok hei / breath of the wok. The small cut carrot cake cubes are soft and moist without being mushy, and so fragrant. . The black version is laced with dark sweet soy sauce, sizzled till some of the small bits turn crispy. Has a bold sweet savoury salty eggy spice flavour. . The white version is set into rough squares, sizzled till the sides are slightly crispy. Has a lovely savoury sweet salty eggy spice flavour.. . . . Char Kway Teow (SGD $4) @ Chomp Chomp Fried Kway Teow Mee. . Smoky with a bold aroma of wok hei / breath of the wok, their rendition falls on the spectrum towards the dry sweet side. . Less eggy than elsewhere but still sufficient, with the eggs carrying a smoky sweet note and a light crisp texture. The other ingredient that stands out is the generous garnish of crisp bean sprouts. . The noodles are the star, slippery with a soft chew, sweet salty savoury and smoky unctuous with enticing flavour.

Good satay and sugar cane juice. Small cosy Hawker center. The grill and Indonesian stalls also very good and they have a stall which serves French fries. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in the busy area. Good bus connections.

Lots of great local hawker fares carrot cake( the stall at the back), spinach wanton mee, bbqs, fried oyster etc. the sugar cane juice with lemon is a must try to combo with yr menu! However, the cleaners don’t really do their job in cleaning the tables when patrons clear their crockery. Cleanliness can be improved so do their cleaners attitude.

I searched the internet, looked for good restaurants, bought various kinds of food, and ate it with my friend, and I was very satisfied. Especially the sugar cane tower was the best. However, it's hard to find a seat like other Hawker centers, so I think you can think about it enough before you go.

It wasn't packed in the afternoon (not many shops opened yet) but during the dinner time, it was always full. Didn't really have chance to eat there anymore these days since it is not really kid's friendly place. I used to eat there and enjoy the seafood with the queue and big glass of sugar cane. The place is quite hot since it is an open air hawker center and most of the foods will be BBQ seafood, it will be a sweaty dinner. Nevertheless, it was one of my favourite places to visit for dinner in group.
