I have been riding for the last 7years,never I have found a shop that is close to this...their service is Soo good ,wish everyone knows about this shop..Soo underated

Not professional. The same problem needs me to repair twice. The second repair even needed me to pay for the labour cost. And blamed me for my fault. If they repaired it properly the first time, the problem wouldn't even exist.

Build up a good friendship with the mechanic, honest down to earth person.

In all honesty, prices here are not great. It's very easy to find another shop that is cheaper. Engine oil, for example, is at least $5 more expensive than other places, and I am unable to think of anything they sell here which is the cheapest. However, I always return here because they throw extra stuff in if you're friendly with the shop, such that you end up spending the same amount as you would if you had visited another workshop. More importantly for me, this is one of the few workshops available in the North. If you live in the West or East, there will be workshops that are transparently cheaper and more accessible. However, if you live in the North, I do think you should give them a shot. I want this review to be unbiased, so I can't give anything higher than 4 stars. From a price standpoint, I do think they can afford to bring prices down a little at the expense of throwing in lesser free things (nice as they are). However, unlike the other reviewers, my occasional visit for service or repairs have always gone smoothly. That is why I fully intend to continue servicing my bike with them.

Don't bother coming to this shop. Everything is expensive with extra 10++ charges. Boss is lazy. I myself have a zontes bike that was bought from another outlet, this store won't even have a look at it and asked me to head back to where I bought my bike (kaki bukit) to repair. Wouldn't even check on my bike because it's not bought from them. Fk them. 0 stars if I could rate. Don't come here unless you got extra money for charity.

Good: The mechanic will attend to you promptly. Not so: Unfortunately I was charged $70 to replace my mirror. A new set costs around 20-30 if you buy online. My advice if you still want to go, get a quote from the mechanic and press him for it. His prices are not off the books, but off his head.
