β β β β β The service level is outstanding. I got a replacement car while mine is being repaired. It was a last minute arrangement and they manages to get one.
However the rented car was not in a good state. I sent feedback, and it was dealt with immediately. They got another replacement car. They sent their staff to pick it up from rental company and delivered it to my door step without causing any inconvenience to me. Well done, Mister Garage.
I highly recommend drivers to consider their workshop as I trust they look after your car as well as you.

β β β β β By far the worst workshop I have been to ?. When I reached the workshop, I took at least a good 1 minute to settle down and to get off the car. The staff/boss (I am not too sure) did not even bother to approach me. I had to approach him since he was sitting like a boss at the desk, playing with his phone while he obviously knew there is a car that just drove into the workshop. The enthusiastic level is terrible, I would say. I had to ask him what type of engine oil I should be using since my mileage was close to a 100k and instead of him providing me with recommendations, he did not even mention anything regarding the points check that is commonly offered by the other workshops. Right after the changing of engine oil, I raised a question to the staff regarding my media player, before I was able to finish my sentence he replied 'you can go to accessories shop for this'.

β β β β β Very friendly boss and only recommend what needs to be changed and his 2 mechanics are swift in getting things done. They discussed the vehicle issues just like a friend and the decision is left to me to decide if i would like to have it replaced.This is the kind of workshop i would want to head to honestly, with no pressure or hard selling and a clean enviroment to wait for your car to be done.

β β β β β Efficient and super clean workshop with a very cozy waiting lounge which allowed me to oversee my car when it was serviced. Boss and his team of mechanics are very friendly and advised me on what i dont need to change to save money first. This is the kind of workshop everyone needs.

β β β β β Just had my second servicing today & realise the whole management & team has been changed. Very friendly hands on boss. Not stingy with knowledge sharing. Price are reasonable & there is this cozy customer lounge for waiting . Will definitely return on my next service date.
