★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received 4 days after ordering online. Fuss free and easy. We were not home so it was left outside the door. Easy to set up with only 3 parts and a base. Surprisingly it's quite a small box so it's easy to store. Good and looks real. Only wished it had fewer gaps in between.

We compared trees from a few different places, and found that Mason's trees have the highest density of branches and leaves. Very very pleased with this christmas tree! Highly recommend to all new home owners!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful, very realistic looking tree. Well packed and delivered on time. Easy to assemble too. Unlike previous artificial trees I’ve had, this was very clean and we’ve had hardly any ‘needle’ droppage despite having lots of rowdy kids around.

On top of that, we were also able to select from a bundle set which included some basic baubles and lights. The setup of the tree was reasonably simple and took us about 30-40mins to complete. We are looking forward to host friends and families with this wonderful purchase!

Their Customer Service is very helpful and giving me good recommendations, but I still went down to their showroom to view before buying. Overall experience is excellent! Their customer service are top-notch and the quality of the tree is exceptional. I've seen many of my friends' Christmas trees, and none is as realistic and dense like the ones @ Masons. If you want a quality Christmas tree that can last you many years, look nowhere else!

The staff was very detailed and patience to our demands and even gave us suggestions on how we can go about decorating our tree. Delivery was also prompt and driver was very nice and careful when handling tree and ornaments. We have received so many compliments on our tree and all thanks to Mason!

Went to their showroom to look at their lovely Christmas trees, and we bought it online as their provide delivery service. We got the premium bundle along with some additional ornaments and berries. There were some defects but the customer service was excellent! They were able to arrange for exchange on the next day and everything is great now!

My husband who set it up says that he was impressed by the quality too. Smooth online experience and great customer service.
