β β β β β I have been here a few times for my Bust Treatment and I just love the treatment. The staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs and always asking if I feel okie during the treatment and if the pressure is right etc. Thank you for the wonderful service. BTW, my busts feel firmer and lifted... hehehehehe

β β β β β I did my Stretch mark treatment last week. Today came for my 2nd session. Got to know them through social media and friend recommendation. Can see my stretch mark lighten and not so noticeable as I just gave birth 6 months ago. The therapist told me to use their GERNetic Synchro to apply for my 2nd pregnancy...99% no stretchmark. Cheaper than doing stretch mark treatment. I bear that in mind as I am planning my 2nd kid already. They told me because my stretch mark which is red is easier. White stretch mark will be tough. So luckily I seek treatment immediately after my birth. Thank you for all the knowledge. Thank my gf for the recommendation as well.

β β β β β Have been having menstrual cramps and pain all these years. Worst of all the pain is getting unbearable till I started my Ovarian Womb Care treatment with Chrysalis. The warm sensation from the massage and Ajiu herbs just make me feel so pampered and got me off from my menstrual pain. Thank you Jasmine and Lele for the recommendation.

β β β β β My skin condition has improved tremendously since visiting Chrysalis to treat my Acne Scars. Very happy with the results. Not hard selling. The consultant is very detailed and friendly. She will let me know of their promotion and leave it to me to decide. Satisfied with their service and Acne scar the treatment is a definitely the right cure for my skin condition.

β β β β β Accompany my sister for her appointment to do her Ovarian Tummy treatment and my sister asked me to try their Cellulite treatment as she can see my orange peel skin and notice my poor circulation for my lower body. Wow it was painful initially as the therapist said I got alot of blockages and my cellulite is very stubborn. But I like the feeling of my legs not heavy after the treatment. In the end I signed their starter package for cellulite of 10 sessions since my sister supported me and paid for me as well. Looking forward to my 2nd session already. Good service by the staff.

β β β β β Have my bomboo treatment at their Jurong Pount outlet done by a China therapy Advertise as $28nett but was told Tto pay GST after I finished my treatment. Was told upon enquiry the treatment is around 20-30mins, but it finished off in less than 20 mintues. A good trial experience session is able to convince customer to sign up package without hard selling, this is definitely not one.
The lady (not from China) told me that I'm lucky to get this promotion as this is ony for the first 100 customers, but I have seen this advisement for quite sometime, why I'm still within the first 100 customers? Was asked to sign package for the bamboo treatment and I told her I will think about it. Without asking me whats my concerns she started to sell another trial on ovary treatment. When i told her i will think about it too, her attitude change. Staff need to be train in sales. I don't feel sincerity, honesty & treasured. Trial session need to be improve too, if u want more customers to commit.

β β β β β Just signed a facial package few months ago and after signing the package, they tried to add on extra procedures to each facial treatment. They kept insisting, my package was one of the lowest range and not good enough for my hopeless skin. They put me down by criticizing how I ill treated myself for not willing to spend a cent more on my skin. When I replied, I did sign a package for my skin and they claimed its way not good enough. I felt I should be punished for ill-treating myself after each treatment. I did gave feedback to the manager, she told me to just ignore, its like that. Once you signed a package, case closed for them. Period.
