Best Hong Kong style fast food restaurant in Singapore

L	L Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice dry wonton noodles and excellent 菠萝包 with butter, very soft and fragrant. Enjoyed special green bean soup with kelp, never try kelp cooked as dessert. Will be back to try other items. I came back again the following week for late breakfast, i ate the custard bun again and tried a dish a friend recommended : Beef balls with bean curd skin. It was served steaming hot with vinegar at side, the beef balls were big, juicy and springy. It reminded me of Stephen Chow's comedy 食神 ?. Excellent to eat with family and top up with additional dimsum items. Yet to try their roasted London Duck!

The steam pork dumplings is so so I will give it a pass next time. The braised e fu noodles is good but at 11.80 and only with mushroom that’s why my rating dropped a star. Stir fried vegetables with beef is a must to order the beef is soft and q.

Queue is because of stricter social distancing measures. Good to try, otherwise just takeaway, not worth a second visit. Better to eat at the Jurong branch if you want a filling meal.

It sells food at reasonable price, yummy curry beef rice, beef noodles with soup, hot steaming soft cha siew bao, crispy condense milk with butter crust, among many others. It will be great if they serve food at a proper sequence rather than all together as dessert came with the main dishes.

Tried the 3 meat platter, and the roast pork was the best one. Honestly felt the portion could be more given the price, but would still happily go back to try other stuff. Staff was friendly when we were there as well.

Polo bun can skip if you're counting calories (which you shouldn't since you're here). Milk tea is a standard. Now, the headline for me is the pork chop noodle. Bout to die from heartburn but the noodle is so good me and sis down almost everything, the noodle is just THAT addictive, some black magic prolly, goodness gracious. Definitely be back. Queue is long so do be prep to wait even though they have a big space. Extra point cause they were very kind to us when my nephew snapped the chopstick into two.
C	Chye Huat Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has been operating for many years, the deco and menu largely has remained the same. The menu items are very Hong Kong cafe based, taste wise quite decent. I quite like their green bean soup w seaweed, fragrant and sweetened with coconut sugar. The milk tea pudding is cute looking with hello kitty mould, taste very milk tea flavor as it should be. Unfortunately their egg tarts are not to my liking, the pastry is abit flaky and has a mild almond flavor. Overall just decent food so can try if you are around the area.
