Terrible service. The fat Indian receptionist is very rude. I waited almost 40min to get the queue number. The appt for pre employment chk up was scheduled few weeks ago but she misread the info. She is rude in many ways...

The nurses are all very kind. The doctors are also very good. The Indian woman is very experienced ..... good service ......... I worked in Singapore for 15 years. But I have never been like this kind.

The worst clinic experience I had 1. Took half day and did UBT test, they say test result will be emailed to me in 1 week 2. After 2 weeks no results have been sent 3. I sent 4 or 5 emails and made calls , finally they told me they lost my sample so no report can be issued. And they agree not to charge due to their muss 4. They still charged 323 SGD without notifying me 5. I asked to refund, emailed no reply. Called multiple times and no body taking charge. Only 1 time a lady was trying to help process and really follow up 6. Then no update again . I sent email to check on progress but they say they dun know as that is claims team to handle. Please can you be responsible in following up! Not just send an email to claims department but do not care the result??? It has been 3 months since i did test and 1 month since i requested for refund. They seldom reply emails and no body taking responsibility on this issue. Such a poor clinic! Super disappointed! Super frustrated! Do not recommend to go.

The front desk nurses are proffesional & helpful. But the swab room personality is so rough and the room was filthy with tissues all in the floor. Not a good reputation for a reputable medical company. She was so rough , I have to inform her to go easy as she seems will hurt me

Super bad experience. Went early in the morning at 8.20am before their opening hours but the clinic wasn’t even opened and patients all had to wait outside until 8.45am because the nurse with the clinic keys was late. Took my blood test to see if I have dengue that day Friday morning but waited 24 hours still no updates on my test results. When I called in to ask about the results, they told me they will only be able to give results on Tuesday the next week. I was not informed of this long wait prior at all. Gave up on waiting for results from them in the end because I may very well be already in critical condition from dengue by the time they give me my results on Tuesday. Would have been way better if the staff were more professional and informed people of such long waiting time in the future for such time sensitive cases.

I did EP medical checkup last week, I had to say the counter staffs are VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. The guy staff serves with very nice attitude although it’s quite busy. And also another Indian woman staff knows Indian, English, Malay and Chinese which is quite impressive. HOWEVER, the biggest reason I can’t give 5-star is due to the blood test sample got clotted which is most probably due to human error. As a result, I had to travel from Malaysia to the clinic again just to do the blood test. Hopefully clinic staffs look out on this situation in the future?

The waiting time could be improved but impressed with Staff Noel who was extremely friendly with great customer skills and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. The other staff in the treatment room were also great in moving the process along fast.

Currently in the clinic now. I have been in the clinic for three hours and I’m still waiting for my medicines and MC. I understand the work is very demeaning and stressful. But I’m really sick and would like to quickly go home and rest.
