McDonald's - #01-01 McDonald's

Overall experience is really so so. Queues are often long and unexplained, as there's plenty of empty seats, empty ordering kiosk but yet customer are having to wait outside for seemingly no reason. The food especially burgers most of the time looks hastily put together, quite pathetic. Only redeeming qualities is location at a convenient neighborhood area and Aircon conditioned.

The sundae is badly prepared over here. Avoid it. It doesn't taste like those in other MCD branches. Melts instantly, tastes very chalky and the chocolate sticks and lumps together and tastes icky.

Came here 23 October around 12 am, the staff that was attending to us at the front door just stared at us didn’t even ask if we are eating in or take away. It was rude. When we say that we are eating in she glared and walk away. Only to come back and say that there was no seats. We waited for awhile more and she came back and rudely said that there was a seat by the rubbish bin. We accepted it and sat. Knowing that we are going to sit there she didn’t even initiate to clean the table and made us clean it ourselves. The whole place itself was dirty and there is a sight of cockroach in the restaurant. Which needs to be look into as there is definitely a hygiene concern. The same staff also wasn’t wearing her mask properly… IN THIS PANDEMIC??? The audacity!!!!!! ?????❌❌ WE WAITED FOR 12 minutes for our food when the whole place is almost empty. I understand that there might be some online orders, but I’m pretty sure this waiting time for an empty place is not acceptable. To add on the person that ordered 5 minutes after us got his order first. This is something that just adds fuel to the fire ?!!! This is my first time AND DEFINITELY MY LAST being in this branch. Shout out to the Yew Tee and Lot 1 branch. STAFFS ARE MUCH NICER AND FRIENDLIER AND EFFICIENT WITH THEIR AMOUNT OF CUSTOMERS AND ONLINE ORDERS THAT THEY RECEIVE. I’m sorry that it sounded like a Karen, and I definitely never complain about fast food services to this extent because I myself am in a service line and understand how tiring it can be. But that doesn’t give you the rights to be rude to other people. Thank you for coming to my TEDtalk.

Was having dinner last night and there is not enough manpower managing on floor.... Great work by your Staff Mardiana and her colleagues !! Thank you for providing your best services and caring towards your customers !! Keep it up !!

The lady manager on evening duty was very helpful in helping me use the McDonald app to place my order.Attentive and excellent customer service!

I’m a regular customer of this branch and always love ordering in this location. All staff are very friendly and service is fast. Kudos and thank you so much to Adette for the excellent service. She is most of the time arranging our orders for takeaways at the counter and without a fail, orders were always correct and checked. We are always happy when we see her for her friendly personality and warm greetings.

The Malay floor manager was really nice and attentive to all our needs. Exceptional service given. The place was clean and tidy. The Aircon was really strong so bring a jacket for those afraid of the cold.

Drive thru was smooth and fast got our order within 5 mins of ordering and paying customer service 10/10 food was freshly prepared.
