★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traditional small scale shops tug in a secluded area that houses Fairprice, coffeehouse, Singapore lottery, groceries, fruit stall ATMs etc. Not many varieties but mainly to cater for nearby residents. Food prices are moderately economical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical busy neighbourhood marketplace surrounded by at least 5 kopitiams, 2 super marts, a small wet market and lots of small businesses offering a wide range of services from fruit stalls to watch repair. 4fingers has an outlet there too.
