★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chuan Park is a very positive society both in terms of the structure and people. I have morning sun in my house and unblocked view due to Nanyang Junior college. The rooms are so spacious plus Lorong Chuan Mrt is at the condo gate. Guards are mature and professional along with the number of experience they have. Lot of kids to play in the playground and lot of get together. Good management , good residents , big space, convenient location, next to Nex mall and next to many schools , overall lot of positivity around this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's quite spacious , serene and very peaceful. People are very friendly and my children made many friends. The Children's play area is good. Overall a very friendly place with all facilities including schools within minutes approach.

.they even cursed me when i visit this condo. Pls hire a genuine person to guard this condo. Such a disgrace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place, broad and open. Provides for good air circulation. Centrally located so Orchard, ECP and other prime locations are easily accessible. Also, MRT is just outside the condo.
There is a new IT hub recently opened so it also provides folks with option to food court. Spacious balconies. Hoping to move here some day and enjoy the little things. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good friend stays here, and we always have gatherings at her place. The food is 10/10, and the hospitality is top-notch.
Besides being a place where tummies are fed, this is a place where friendships are born. Would definitely recommend for Korean food or fusion cuisine. Five stars.

Also a side-walk that link to Serangoon Ave 2 where a lot of shops and coffee-shops are available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family have been living here for decades. We can attest that the security guards here are all very passionate about their duties especially those who have served the condo for decades. They genuine care for the residents and protect us from intruders or others who abuse our facilities esp parking. The cleaners and the gardeners are all very hard working. We should treat all of them with the same respect in order to earn the same back.
