★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great facilities with tropical forest theme. It is a lovely condo I would recommend to friends. MRT is literally outside condor. Bus station is right outside as well. Easy access to Nex. Great places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another condo that is not friendly to food delivery cyclist. Have to park bicycle outside the condo on the road side. Then walk all the way in. Merciless management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conveniently located condominium at Serangoon area. Amenities are very well maintained, and the houses are very well designed. Was here for a gathering, and thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. If you got the view that faces Nanyang Junior College, it's actually quite a therapeutic view from the balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy mgt and no repairs done! Damn central bin so small it couldn't even fit a regular trash bag! Exterior also showing signs of paint discoloring and algae stains. Most local neighbors are so snobbish AF ! Glad I moved back to my GCB!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was making a food delivery there the first time. The guard asked me if I knew where to park? I reply "I don't know". He replied rudely that I should answer "yes" or "No" and other some long remarks, as if he is a military officer. And he didn't even ask me to scan safe entry QR code too. All the condos that I deliver to had nice and friendly security officers. Another delivery guy that I met at the lift lobby also commented that the security guards here are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty new condominium that is well maintain in the quiet area of Serangoon. It is just right beside Lorong Chuan MRT (Circle Line) which is so convenient for its residents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice condo, with multiple facilities, including a well maintained tennis court. Just 30 sec from the MRT in a quiet neighborhood. Management is really helpful and try to make people feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 min distance from Lorong Chuan MRT. Super convenient. There is a mommy community (group chat) and it allows information/pre-loved item exchange. Awesome!
The basic material/ furnished items at each unit is not good. E.g sink, floor, air-conditioner
