Worst experience. When I visited my relatives in the condo, I was asked to park in open air Carpark. I said yes but shortly after realized I have my laptop in my car which I didn't want to put under the hot sun. Especially since I was visiting for more than 5hours and thus didn't want to park under the sun. So I parked in the visitors lot in the basement Carpark. The security then called me and he was extremely inflexible and kept scolding me and threatening me over the phone. He said I had to park at the open air Carpark no matter what, and I tried to explain to him but he kept cutting me off and shouting and threatening to wheel clamp my car. By far the worst experience with the security management here

One of the most underrated housing developments in SG. Situated at Lorong Chuan which is more or less central in SG map. Lorong Chuan MRT is right opposite (<1 min walk) which is in between Serangoon MRT (Northeast Line) and Bishan MRT (North-outh Line) and less than 15min to Macpherson MRT (Downtown Line) and Paya Lebar MRT (East-West Line). For drivers, PIE and CTE is within 5min drive out of the condo as well. Really unmatched connectivity and convenience. Basically able to get to anywhere in SG in <30min. And even though it's near to MRT and highways, because it's situated at a split road away from main road, it's still a quiet compound. Also noticed that they are building a new mall at the business park opposite - can just get groceries and stuff at a 5min walk away instead of going to NEX or Junction 8. Unreal. Only sad thing might be that the design is not as "modern" as your new condos but I'd choose convenience, connectivity and size any day. Hard to find such developments nowadays.

Super location, super convenience, both for drivers and public transport users. Lor Chuan MRT is just at your "door step". Spacious common areas, 2 pools, 3 tennis court, 1 squash court, 1 full-size basketball court! Gym, BBQ pits, function room, etc. Huge basement parking with plenty of parking lots. Branded primary and secondary school to JC and international school, all within mins walking distance. There is an in-house minimart, and also a newly renovated integrated retail and commercial building with NTUC just beside the condo slated to be reopen soon. Definitely one of the top 10 under rated condos in Singapore.

Lived here for a couple months. The block I lived in was mosquitoes-ridden. Buildings are old and maintenance is acceptable.

Slightly older with many units with small partition rooms. 3 bedrooms becomes 6-7 bedrooms.

1. Location: Very convenient, right across Lor Chuan MRT which is in the middle of Circle Line, hence very well connected to all other MRT lines. Less than 5 min drive to CTE/PIE, yet situated in a quiet street. 2. Amenities: The estate is very well kept, spacious, has very good amenities : 3 tennis courts, squash court, basketball court, big pools and an inhouse minimart... The newly completed NTP+ mall is a plus with a nice supermarket, a food court, cafes and several restaurants. Nex mall is 10 min walk or 1 MRT stop away. International schools and local schools/NYJC within 500m. 3. About 370 units, good size with large spacious grounds.

Large sprawling condo grounds with several facilities. There is an in-house mini mart, function room. Gymnasium, Squash court, a lap pool and children’s pool with a water slide. You hardly see condos with 3 tennis courts and a basketball court as well. MRT station is right at the door step.
