I would so recommend Chuan Studio.

Each session is always well planned with the appropriate challenge for a great workout, and safety is never compromised. I always look forward to my weekly session at Chuan.

The instructors are professional with accumulated numerous years of experience that they share generously. I find my regular sessions very useful especially functional for my daily living.

They have very knowledgeable and experienced instructors who listen to your concerns, seek to understand your movement habits and tailor the right pilates and movement methods for you. The instructors are constantly upgrading themselves with new skills.
The place is simple, clean and sufficiently equipped. It is more than enough if you are looking for pilates to elevate your fitness routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After just 10 sessions with Karen at Chuan Studio, miraculously, my spine is awaken and I can finally touch my toes! I attended the sessions thinking that not much else can be done. However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find that there is still hope after decades of being told that I am born inflexible! i would definitely recommend Karen if you want to improve on your core strength and flexibility. She is a true spine whisperer and can take your body to another level that you may not even imagine yourself!
