★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend the Chubb Masterpiece that provides peace of mind for your residence and contents worldwide. The whole claim process under the expert hands of Gayle from the Claim Department is really commendable. He was on back on leave on a Friday and by the following Tuesday, I heard from him on the settlement of the claim (no depreciation on the items damaged though bought more than 2 decades ago). I am so glad that I am a customer of Chubb Masterpiece! Thank you Gayle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our cooking hood exploded and was replaced in Feb. We recalled that we had home insurance (which came together with our mortgage), so we contacted the insurance company. After submitting a claim request, with proofs of damage and replacement charges, they quickly confirm all the replacement costs could be covered under insurance and quickly processed the reimbursement. Thanks a lot to Chubb and all the quickly responding staff in the claim department there (e.g., Steven, Cindy, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Chubb dental insurance for at least 10 years. I hardly made any claims except for 1 or 2 times when I chipped my tooth. I did not even use the free dentist visits. Initially I was told this insurance would come in very handy if I had a major teeth accident that would require thousands of dollars. I thought it was a good plan. Along the way some terms changed and I wasn’t aware. I went to the dentist last year and found I had multiple micro fractures due to biting. It would cost about $2000 to fix it. That was when Chubb said they would only cover up to about $500 of the charges. I felt played out after all these years of loyally paying the premiums which well exceeded the amount I needed for this particular claim. They are not there when you need them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to shorten my trip due to a family bereavement and had incurred some additional expenditure, while also having some non-cancellable items like transport and accommodation bookings forfeited. The online claims form allows me to conveniently upload my supporting documents without having to speak to a live agent. My claims were then processed expeditiously by Claims Specialist, Ms Jolene. She was efficient and clear in her correspondence to me and the payment has been acknowledged and processed quickly. I am impressed by the efficient turn-around time by Ms Jolene and the Chubb team. Keep up the good work!

Gayle Shepherdson and Cindy were assigned to my case and were fast in responding to my emails. The claim process is systematic and easy to follow. I would highly recommended Chubb to anyone for their home insurance as they are experienced and trustworthy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The accidental online claim process is user friendly. And the claim was promptly followed up. Usually within a week will get payout. We had many claims processed and were impressed and amazed by the efficiency of the claim processing team each time despite it being an online submission( without human interaction). Their standard is above the other insurance companies. Keep up the good work.
