1 star for the calmness the staff displayed to an Angry Customer. Slow in handling accident claim Slow reply to our workshop claim for surveyor Slow issuing letter ask for submission Finally submit Reject our Accident claim when we are the victim Say their client submit report late, after stipulated time but they never reflect because they are SLOWWWWWWW... When I call enquire the claim reference number, their staff can say no such claim After more questioning, then answer got this claim but staff who handle not around. Call 2 days , staff still not around Get hold of staff 3rd day after our accident claim drag for 2mths Staff say need another 2 days check Then get back say claim rejected cause report submit late Even ask for report, they ask LATE Even they alrdy know will reject cause of their so called timeline They inform their client they rejected our claim also LATE. 2mths late Can even suggest we can try sue their client for this accident claim By doing these, they not only not helping their clients but tarnish their client's reputation being not responding to our claims and drag for 2mths till time lapsed and just say sorry cannot claim. So guys, corporate company if you think they are good. Please engage at your own risk. For personal insurance, if you think they will take care of you. Please buy at your own risk. Good luck!
