Crispy outside, soft inside. Chilli is fried together and it is even nicer if pay to add extra cai po.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think its one if the best white carrot cake I have eaten. Outside abit crispy and inside soft. Very tasty. One thing to note: the aunty is very particular about queuing, so please queue up. And the queue is very often quite long, be prepare to wait. Worth the wait though.
