UPDATE: March 2022 The outlet has moved to Ghim Moh market closer to where I live so I had to check it out. Bottomline up front: Its still good. The prices have gone up a little but I guess it has to do with the fact that Ghim Moh is a popular hawker centre. Taste is there and the 100 year recipe braised pork belly is still great. Not sure if its my imagination but without Jerry and Fiona at the helm doing the actual cooking this new young team still needs some experience to get the noodles just right. That said its still good value for money and with 4 staff running the stall instead of the over worked husband and wife team, honestly the queue moves a little quicker so thats good. Plus the young lady taking the orders and collecting the money is somewhat cuter than Jerry. ORIGINAL REVIEW First weekend breakfast of 2020 at ABC Hawker Centre with Hawkerpreunuer Jerry Ng in his 2 month old outlet. Don't let the 2 months fool you as he has been helping out regularly in his family noodles stall for some years. While the noodles and fishballs are outsourced. The skill at which to balance the flavours of the soup and the dry noodle ingredients definitively take skill as does the level of cook on the noodles. The highlight are the genuine homecooked "secret recipe" Phoenix Claws (Braised Chicken feet) and braised pork belly which I am happy to report are excellent.

Excellent bowl of bcm. Doesn’t look like much initially but it was overall very tasty. Generous amount for just $3.50. Chilli gives a good kick and the noodle was done just right. Also happy to see that they have a pay it forward initiative for needy residents who stay around the hawker centre. I would encourage everybody to contribute a little if possible! Definitely will come back again to have bcm here!

When you passed by this stall, you would kinda give it a miss as it seems rather unassuming. Tired minced meat noodles and I liked the texture of it. Portion was generous too. For the price, it's certainly worth it! *post edit* They have since moved to Ghim Moh market and gotten a new signage. Modern looking and quite cute too. Same good taste as before. They only served mee kia and not mee pok. The noodles has a nice braised pork flavour which unique and different from the other bak chor mee stall.

First time trying this stall. Unique BCM and taste also pretty unique. I like the taste and noodle. 4* because personally i wish the lor bak could be slightly more tender. Keep up the good work! #100YRSLORBA

A good bowl of noodles. It was a little dry after tar bao. Added a little water to loosen it up. Chilli is quite spicy, but tasted good. Has a variety of ingredients, minced meat, meat ball, fish ball, vegetables, meat dumpling and the best part, braised pork. Noodle texture is quite unique and we'll cooked.

First time trying out this noodle stall. Surprisingly good! It's not the normal BCM taste. Very special after taste I would say. The lor bak is soft and flavorful, dumpling is the juiciest and fattest I've ever had. Mee Kia texture is just right not too soft. And not forgetting the cashier gal is super friendly and cute! ?? I'll be back soon!

Hidden gem in busy Ghim Moh hawker. Went for the less queued Bak Chor Mee and was surprised with the quality of the food. Ordered $4.5 bak Chor Mee which came with generous amount of braised pork belly, mince meat and greens. Worth trying out if you're in the area

If i am not wrong, this stall used to be at Bukit Merah ABC hawker center, noticed that that their stall wasn't there the last time i was there. happen to come Gim Moh food center and chance upon this stall here. They have a more modern and eye-catching signboard as compared to the last time. They sell a variety of noodles and prices starts from SGD$3.50 onwards. There wasn't any queue, I was able to order immediately upon reaching the stall. ordered their Original Bak Chor Mee which was SGD$4.50, requested to omit the braised pork and was given an additional dumpling. Portion seems generous, my bowl of noodle came with meatball, fishball, minced meat and dumpling. Noodle was slightly overcooked, noodle's texture was a little too soft for my liking. Sauce was flavorful and well balanced, goes really well with the noodle. I liked their dumpling, filling was very generous. Overall, i did enjoyed my bowl of noodle, only wished that the noodle wasn't cooked that long.
