Jia Le Yong Tau Foo (#01-51) - 20 Ghim Moh Rd

Bought the Mandarin Duck Fried Yong Tau Foo from Knorr Yong Tau Foo stall located in Ghim Moh Market hawker centre. Decided to buy from this stall because its lunch hour and we were in a rush and most importantly there's no queue. I approached the stall owner and asked for the above yong tau fu for takeaway. The stall owner was very, very rude. When I approached her to buy the Yuanyang fried stuffed tofu, she took out a small black rectangle plate and said in a rude tone of speech: give money first. So I placed the money on this rectangle plate and waiting for her to give me back the change. After that she said: come back in 10mins time to take the food. After about 10mins, I went back hoping to get the food I ordered. Only to find that she was already serving two other customers who came after me. Then I saw a plastic bag with food for takeaway put at the side of her stall. So I asked her if thats mine takeaway order. The stall owner in her exceptionally rude tone of speech said: You only ordered one serving of Yong Tau Foo, there are three servings in this plastic bag, will it be yours? (you only ordered one set, this plastic bag have more than one set, so do you think is yours!) At this point of time, I was already very angry. Its only logical that I asked her if the pre-packed plastic bag contain my takeaway food because she was already serving the other customers who came after me! Just because this stall owner did not get her priority right, I have to wait again just to get the fried yong tau fu I have ordered. When she finally gave me my takeaway order, she said again: the cover of the container was not closed properly, if you need chilli, self service. So I asked if she have pre-packed chilli sauce. Not to my surprise this time, she spoke in her usual rude tone of speech: don't you have eyes? Find it yourself! (Don't you have eyes, look for it yourself!) This is the first time I ordered from this stall. And with the Super Rude Service of this stall owner, I am certainly not going to patronise this stall again! Here I have to say to this stall owner: I am going to buy food, not Going to your booth makes you inexplicably use me as a punching bag! When it comes to food, service and food are very important. Too bad your booth doesn't have either. The service is very poor and the food is even worse! (I will like to let the owner of this stall know, I went to your stall to buy the food. I am not there for you to vent your anger time and again on me for no reason. For all food and beverages stall, both front line service and food are equally important. But its a pity that this Knorr Yong Tau Foo located in Ghim Moh market hawker centre lacks both! The stall owner was very rude and the food was not even up to an average standard! If google allows no star for this stall, I will certainly give no star!!! Strongly not recommended!
