Love this $3 (yes only $3!) Vegetarian Kway Chap generous serving that is super yummy and delicious and washed down with a $1.20 Kopi-C. Stall is closed on Wednesdays and they do have other Vegetarian offerings like Lontong and Chicken Rice all meat-free!

I came multiple times. Both during lunch n dinner and find like 80-90% shops close so not much choices. Most of food I try is not very nice so no point to come here to eat

Not many stalls are open during lunch time. There are a few stalls and it is quite quiet. Walking distance from MRT station.

Parents bought me here to try the stall "NUR", it sells North Indian food. Interesting find at hawker. I find the price of Chicken Biryani, $6, very reasonable. The drumstick is huge. Paneer cheese masala is definitely interesting too! I enjoyed the food.

I've been to many food centres, but this old place is one of my personal favourites. Why? Go early, and the air is fresh and clean here, the place is relatively quiet, plus the food of course is great! My parents has this as their regular late night supper haunt many many years ago, and I can see why. It's smothered in old-school charm any way you look at it. Back to the food! It's a haven if your vegetarian and the place is peppered with vegetarian rice stalls as well as green cze char stalls, with very reasonably priced menus. My favourites here are the Lor Mee, the Indian food, the Prawn Noodles, Teochew Fish Soup, the mixed food rice stall, the fried oysters (only in the evenings) the dessert stall, and this! Their U Hakka Yong Tau Foo. I've been here for as long as I can recall, and every time I'm here in the early mornings, I'd head straight for this stall. The friendly owner and his sister get here in the wee hours of the morning (around 2am) to start making their soup base, and the ingredients by hand. By 6.30am, they're ready for business and stay open until their stuff runs out, which is usually by about 11'ish am. You don't find many of these old-school foodstalls these days, still resorting to the old manual preparations, so for me, this is a gem worth hanging out at:)

Small hawker center on second floor. Notable stalls are fried carrot cake, nasi lemak, bak chor mee, kopi etc. Look for stalls with long queue for popular food items.

Not a big hawker centre......pretty spacious, clean and well ventilated. Enjoyed the mee siam and laksa from Hup Hup and also the unique masala carrot cake from 333. Mee Siam gravy with a twist; the tanginess, rich coconut and nutty flavour. Equally shiok is laksa especially the fragrant and rich creamy gravy. Very creative and its love at first bite...soft and fragrant Masala carrot cake.
