The only Citibank branch in the Marine Parade area, helpful staff and can process most banking stuff here. Opens till noon on Saturdays!

5 stars? Probably Citibank employee... Worst bank. 0 customer service, 0 accountability, 0 compliance with international standard. I wish there were 0 stars.

I would have loved to give a 5 star rating if not for the big tv screen above my shoulders where I need to key in my mobile no. for everyone in the room to see. In this day and age, one cannot be too careful about our IC and mobile numbers. This aside, the staff are helpful and courteous and I love that I can make payments to humans than to machines.

I am writing this on behalf of my father who had a bad experience with your team. REASON: POOR SECURITY WHICH RESULTED IN UNKNOWN TRANSACTIONS & EMPTY PROMISES MADE BY STAFF. Few months back, his credit card was charged 18++USD by CrunchyRoll, an American based anime steaming platform. Crunchyroll noticed the error and refunded upon investigations by their team. Then, Citi Singapore issued a new credit card to prevent the issue from haopening. However, he was still deducted $USD for the following months to come. Your staff Maggie promised to offer a $100 cash rebate if my dad spends $100 on the new credit card. My dad carried out as told and spent $100 in two months on the same card. Then, Maggie said my dad was ineligible for the rebate due to him not spending within the same month. For no reason, the case go cold and my dad was left in the lurch. None of Citi's staff made an effort to assist him either through online or phone. They just push his case from one to other. My dad is very dissatisfied due to the lack of security Citi provides and also empty promises made. My dad has been with Citi for 16years. After 16years, he decided to end the relationship with Citi due to lack of security and empty promises. Please advise and look into this matter asap. Thank you.
