★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great arcade for families with fantastic promotions and prizes. The games are very new and well maintained. Excellent service although they always seem to be short on staff.
However I rate this place 3 stars as their games are a little overpriced ($2.50 - $ 12 depending on the game). Their prices are more than 4 times more than that of other trending and popular arcades.
Overall, I think it is a good casual arcade to get somewhat higher quality prizes, but in terms of the cost of playing the games, I think there are other good arcades that have cheaper costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a place for adults with children to visit and spend quality time together. The services provided here are very efficient. The staffs here are very polite, ready to serve their customers and always have an listening ear to any concerns or needed-help. A very organised and well-taken care of place; free from rubbish and safety are taken into account too. Moreover, many interesting games are available here… including a real-life bowling. I didn’t know Timezone had such thing. My first time experience a real-life bowling in Timezone. Really fantastic.. I really recommend people to visit here.❤️???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheating firm which put this weekday special and staffs insist this is only for Mon, tue and thur. If that is the case. Should just change the sign. Felt so cheated especially when deliberately brought the kids over to enjoy this promotion. Last time visiting such cheat shop which is way overpriced for their games too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big shout-out to the gal at the front desk. Very helpful! We had out in our tickets into the machine to count them, but it seems they didn’t get added to the total we had on the card. Explained my situation to that gal and she was great. She helped us get the additional tickets added to the card and even gave my kid a chocolate bar. Thanks to her for great customer satisfaction. We had a great time. Thanks
