Besides not able to push for higher mileage and improved performance, the niggling pain also restricted mobility after each run. Thankfully the team at Core Concepts and Retrofit (Kajal, Sarita & Sufian) is more than ready to help. From rehabilitating to strengthening sessions, the team took me through a journey of self-discovery about my body’s capability in terms of strength and balance. I’m glad to say that I’m back to before and ready to take on more by the end of a 2-month treatment period. Glad to recommend this team to anyone dealing with sports injury or mobility issues at the moment.

She is often able to give quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem, understands my exercise needs and routines, and will provide practical and useful solutions. She is an excellent communicator, and is also encouraging and empathetic while being firm with the exercises.

She sorted out my lower back pain due to prolong sitting. One of the best! Look forward to her session every time! An excellent experience at PP branch. Physiotherapist Lynn was really good and professional! She released the tightness of areas where I feel pain and was feeling better after the session. She even gave detailed explanation of how it happened. It amazes me that her knowledge is so in depth! When we did some exercises, she taught me on which part of the body I should be focusing on so that I do not injure myself next time when doing those exercises at the gym. She also taught me some simple exercises which I can do at home to strengthen those areas. Thanks Lynn! Highly recommended physiotherapy place to go! :)

My elbow range of motion went from lesser than 90 degrees to fully extension throughout my physiotherapy rehab journey with the team. Lynn (my physiotherapist) did a great job in explaining and guiding me through all exercises, together with the rest of the team ( Aloysius, Sarita, Charles) making my rehab journey with the parkway team a wonderful one! The staff (Joelina) in Parkway Parade is very helpful and friendly! Great initiative in helping their clients in needs! Cheers ! Good job team !
