Best Bicycle rental service in Singapore

N	Nigel Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this setup when we were googling for cycling in marina. Located in esplanade, it was conveniently located for car drivers like me. The staff was very polite and attentive to our needs. The bicycles on loan are of higher quality than the usual ones that we rent and that makes the whole cycling experience very much enjoyable for my wife and i and our kids. My kids said effort halved for the same distance travelled. During the 2nd time visit, we were even given locks to lock the bikes in case we want to have any stopover to have our brunch (which we did). We will definitely go to city scoot again whenever we want to rent a bike to cycle in town.
j	jeremy aruldoss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a seamless experience and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating. They briefed us in detail and we were very assured. The condition of the bikes was new and well taken cared of as compared to other rental companies. The btwin hybrid bikes we loan were simply amazing, they had good brakes and was easy to maneuver even for novices like myself. Our ride was fairly a straight forward route from the esplanade to the mid way mark of the east coast park via gardens by the bay (and back). While it was a mad rush back to return the bikes back, the service staff was amazing and friendly. In all, the ride took us about 3hrs plus with breaks in between.. It was a decent cycling route about 30km in total. City Scoot was amazing and we will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for the professionalism, friendliness and high standards of their range of bikes. Keep it up! Note of caution do cycle carefully if you encounter slopes and all as it was raining earlier it could be slippery.

The package of 2 hrs + 1 hour for free was the best option for us. It allowed us to do few stops and then continue calmly. I really recommend them!

Prior to making a booking, I had called to make some enquiries and someone picked up my call in less than a minute. I was impressed with their efficiency and the person who helped me out really knew their stuff! On the day itself, it was super easy to retrieve our bicycle and we had a lot of fun that day. Thank you for the wonderful experience! :)
N	Natasha Shadeanna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was tiring and the route was intense, we literally cycled for the 3 hours that we got the tandem bicycle BUT super duper fun and a great way to see the city ? Tandem for 3 hours on a Saturday costs $45 and it’s super worth. Would advise people to dress appropriately because my pants got stuck but that was also because we didn’t plan to bike ?
i	ixmog on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bike was alright ! But could be better if they check all aspects of the bike in working condition before issuing out to customers. Because I did ask do I need to check the bike before I left the station and was told no need to. The bike I had has a none working bell which was critical to me as I ride rather fast and periodically be using a lot of bell to warn pedestrians when overtaking. Lastly, I will say the two staff are truely friendly. 5 stars for the staff. Thank you.
K	Kevin KW on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came twice. On the first occasion I Rented a foldie here . The staff are all very friendly and the price for 3 hours is $25 which isn’t bad at all. The bike handled well and went a loop around marina bay quite happily. Overall good bikes and good service. Second time I went for the black BTWIN mountain bike which is much faster. It’s also a bit lighter than the foldie so it can do 20kph+ quite easily . I’ll recommend the mountain bike for a smoother experience

City Scoot has 2 branches, Esplanade and High Street Centre. Both are conveniently located near the Marina Bay and Singapore River. All their bikes are clean and well maintained in top notch condition. They also have Foldable bikes and scooters too. My wife was not confident to ride it on her own, so we rented a tandem bike so that she can enjoy the ride together with me. We will definitely be back again ??
