Good tour agency with a reasonable price. They generally had the trip well planned out but did not take into account special conditions. For example, I participated in their Tour of Eastern Europe (14D). They did not plan for days near Christmas Eve and Christmas Day where many if not all shops were closed. This left us with no choice but to find our own dinner on those days as shops are closed at 2pm. Although they advertised it as 14D, they include the time you spend on the plane so that shortens it to 11D. Be sure to read the itinerary VERY carefully to make sure you know what you are paying for. They book their tours through Emirates, which is a good airline. however, all their flights stop over in Dubai and they will not have a direct flight to your destination. That's one thing to take into account.

My wife and myself were on the 11Days/ 8 Nights Europe- Balkans Tour from 13 to 23 August 2016. I am almost 70 year old cannot walk fast and climb too high. Your tour manager, Roger Kho was very kind He waited patiently at almost every place of interest. Sometimes he would tell us to wait for the group at certain places and re-group us after their tour (usually places which need to climb). He has done a great job. Our group was like a family at the end of the tour. We enjoyed our tour.

Tour 14D11N Britain & Ireland Panorama 09ENDUBS11/19QR I like the programmes in this itinerary and the pace was relaxed. Would have liked a bit more time to explain each scenic area instead of the outlet shopping (4 ****). What deserves mention was our tour manager Maybelle Phua who is very friendly, detailed and customer-oriented. Every evening, she would send us message snippets in the group chat to refresh us what we would be doing the next day. Besides messages, she sends us interesting pictures and we have better idea of the place we would be visiting. This is the 1st time I come across a tour manager who does this. Not forgetting the long 'lectures' in the bus describing the history, culture etc of the places. After taking some group and individual pictures, she went the extra mile to do up some of our nice shots on the photo lab; leaving us with even better memories of our travel. Thank you for being so positive, decisive and motherly. You deserve 5 ***** !!!

We had book the trip since last Dec 2019 to go for a 11D8N Europe highlights + 2N in Dubai, but unfortunately of the Covid-19, we need to postpone our trip till next yr2021. And recently overheard some of travel agency had wind up their business because of this pandemic, so i scare to lost my deposit and try to call the agency but no ans after the phone transfer and even the staff I call, she also dare not to answer her handphone. It's $4k of the deposit not $40, why when we booked the trip they so helpful and come to crisis after sale that the service they showed, very disappointed on the way of handling problems, I hope EU Travel will revise and refund our deposits in order to get back the customer.

I went to Central Europe with 2 days in Dubai. The first issue encountered was when the briefing was held on a public holiday and we were told that there was another briefing and was given the date – we spoke to Kek Ooi Leong. When we turned up on the wrong date and was wrong to come the following weekend. Days before the trip, Jason (the Tour Manager aka TM) created a whatsapp group and informed us that he is not travelling with us and will meet us at Milan directly since he was already there. During the briefing, it was apparently mentioned that the TM will follow us all the way from Changi Airport to Changi Airport? One day, some members of my group (am not sure if there were others from other groups) decided to go up to the bus straight as it was very cold but the rest of us went to the pick-up point so that we can inform Jason. However, while he did not ask us anything, he was apparently complaining about it to others and made such a big fuss back in the bus. Next, we are actually a group of 5 consisting of 2 families but we ended up being split up during meals. This should have already be planned ahead because we booked the tour together and had already requested to be together from the start, which the staff ok to. By the time we get to our hotels, it was always very late. We have to go out to get food on our own without any idea on what’s nearby. To our horrors, we faced so many issues. Have listed down some as follows: - Hotel @ Nancy: Faulty Phones, light fused, the bathroom was slippery - Hotel @ Interlaken: No fan in the room and didn’t know the window can be opened until hours later, the bed and pillow were not ideal for sleeping, the phone was not working, the rooms with loft was dangerous, tiny lift, construction happening in the building making it messy - Hotel @ Dubai: Faulty Phones, Towels were not provided, only one key card - Hotel @ Amsterdam: Especially for triple sharing, there was no space to open up more than 2 luggage at any one time Sometime during the middle of the middle of the trip, we were informed that TM was not going to travel back with us because there were no airplane tickets. He did mention that once we arrive Dubai, there is a tour guide who will help us throughout. The new tour guide brought us to the spice and gold market and to a specific shop (out of the many others) and told us to buy the items. I remember wanting to buy some bags but every time I asked them for the price, they increased it. The shopkeeper said that the more I considered, the wrong expensive it will get? When I went to pay for the other items, it came up to AED2,600! It didn’t make sense cause didn’t pick a lot so when we told the tour guide, he walked away instead of helping us so we decided to walk away too and the shop keepers reduced the price all the waydown to AED500. After everything, tour guide said he will meet us at 2.45pm at the hotel lobby the next day for those going to the safari. Next day, he didn’t show up as he was entertaining another group but since they are under the same company he will help us. We had to sort out the grouping on our own and some families had to be separated to fit the number of cars available. We were told that Richard was only paid for the first day and he was not told about the other 2 days? Upon returning back from the trip, we wrote an email similar to what is written above to get some answers. Andy, the manger, said he will get back to us within 7 working days but ended up going on a company vacation and not replying until he got back. Upon reading the reply, it didn’t answer most of the questions so we asked more and have been ignored since.

Be prepared for poor uncoordinated service. After spending a bomb on their arctic tour, we were so happy that we won a Genting Cruise in a lucky draw! That was the start of our nightmare. The company couldn’t even do the booking of the cruise. We were bumped from counter to counter with counter staff all clueless about how to book the cruise! And this was a voucher that the company themselves issued. Imagine that. The Arctic tour was handled by a guide who could hardly speak proper English! And was for a English tour! Just be prepared that this company offers tours and vouchers that internally they don’t know how to execute.

Just came back from a 10 days tour to Finland and Norway with a optional trip to Estonia from 3-12 Feb over the CNY holidays. The reason why I am giving 2 star and not 1 is to give them credit for the itinerary planned which included a kelo glass igloo stay which they claim they are the only agency to have exclusive booking for. My poor experience is with the tour leader whom I found to be unprofessional. The tour leader did not share any historical or cultural knowledge about the country but acted more like a nagging mother reminding us nearly every day about how the places we are visiting are ιΈŸδΈη”Ÿθ›‹ (I.e. very far and isolated places). What irk me the most is his use of microphone in the tour bus. Personally I feel that the bus microphone should only be used for important announcement such as arrival to a location. It is NOT to be used for personal conversation with the people who are seated right in front which you do NOT need a mic to converse with. I am NOT interested to know that your wife have 70 pairs of shoes. I am NOT interested in the fact that you are moving from Yishun to Hougang soon. I already know that Changi Village has nice nasi lemak (why bring this up when we are in Finland in the first place). I am NOT interested that you had β€œno choice” and was somehow β€œarrowed” to take this tour group when you feel that you should be spending time with your family during this festive season (Personally I find that lamenting over such thing is unprofessional regardless of the profession, it is something we have to accept and not seek empathy for). I am amused you can go on talking over such things over the PA system for over an hour and not know that half of the bus people behind are trying to sleep. Overall, never going back again. Never recommending this to anyone. Finland is beautiful though...
