I have been staying here almost a month and the below listed listed pros and cons are purely my personal opinion. Pros: 1.MRT in proximity.Both blueline / Green line are in 15-20 mins walk. 2.Bright and well designed with most units in NS direction. Cons: 1.Rude security and as no proper MCST no POC . 2.All though just a 5 year old project ,lots of issues with flooring,cracks..etc. Sauna Bath is under maintenance from an year .So I never got a chance to use it. 3.All units get to have road noise no matter facing outward or pool side.Units facing back gate encounter tremendous noise as the road is no longer a smaller one. 4.Units facing entrance now have open green view ,However the land piece is allotted to health care and will have to face construction noise and obstruction for lower-Middle level units. 5.I feel Gym and functional room are wrongly placed. Instead having Gym at pool level where shower /washroom are would be good and ample space and corridor with seating area will be added advantaged to have function room on top . 6. No big Wet market in walking distance. Sheing song and few eateries in 500 series are the nearest ones for now.

security guard is extremely rude. doesnt acknowledge your presence when you reach, doesnt tell you how to register, doesnt say/do anything when you show your safe entry… the way he talks is also harsh and rude

In the midst of a busy satellite town. Spring off a beautiful condominium. On the ball securities doing their patrol. Clean surroundings with shrouds and plants. It make you feel free and easy. Well, my grand niece made the right choice.

Large outdoor space. Infinity pool which is 100m long. Very quiet and lots of greenery. 7mins walk to East West Line, Downtown Line and Bus interchange. 3 malls within walking distance at mrt. Also walking distance to Tampines Hub where there is a Library, Food court, sporting activities like gym, swimming pool, badminton court, soccer field, basketball, table tennis, running track. Also have entertainment options like KTV Teo Heng, cooking classes and shopping mall.

New condominiums complex in Tampines. It's called city life Tampines.
