β β β β β I went to buy a pair of jeans wanted L . After getting a new piece to check on defect , staff gave me the wrong size M instead .
The very next day I went back to change back my L size , instead of apologies, I was being told this is my final exchange and need to take back my receipt.
This really blow my mind , I make the trouble to go back to shop to change . But was told I have used up my exchange and she ask me to read the policy stated
