I bought 2 dresses and after 1 wash, they both shrunk significantly.

Pros: variety of clothes, helpful staff even offer free altering thumbs up. Cons: they only have 2 fitting rooms needs to wait.

This will be the Last time will ever step there. Bought a dress and i asked salesperson three times (just to be sure) if i can change size because apparently i can't try it in their fitting room. Next day i came back with receipt and asked to change in other size, didnt even bother check, the sales person just said don't have AND proceed to talk to someone else while i was there just standing with the plastic bag speechless with how she handles this. Not offering any solution just proceed to talk to someone else. Forget about asking for apologies, cause you won't get it. Rudest staff i have ever encountered, you are warned folks, hope you won't get scammed like me.

The staff are welcoming and very helpful, even though i took quite a bit of time to choose. The younger staff is specially helpful in giving tips and choosing outfits for me. Very good experience, will definitely be back for more :)

I were there yesterday afternoon, I took the clothe that I want and waiting at the available changing room. 5 mins later the staff suddenly bring a customer and cut my Q, I told the staff I was here waiting more than 5 mins, it should be my turn. When I was here nobody queue in front of me! The staff told me she was here before me! I'm like hello, she still choosing her clothes when I'm in the queue, so she is not ready to try the clothes yet. Will Zara let the customer to have this kind of service? Yes you were in the shop before me, but I already choose the clothes that I want and waiting at the the queue before me, so it should be my turn not your. Is a common sense, how could your staff let this kind of thing happened?? If you are the boss I hope you can look into this matter, this wasn't first time I hear bad service from the same staff. Been supporting your brand for years, now I will never go back to this shop.
