★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were served at the Clarins at Westgate at Level One Somewhere near Sephora, It is relatively easy to locate it. Upon arrival, their staff Kyle Teh served us passionately, explained thoroughly and curated the right products that we needed. He proceeds to explain why he personally chose these products for us, the usage, what it does to our skins and how we can apply them. The overall experience were perfect thanks to Kyle Teh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant staff who can't seem to be bothered to serve customers. Things are always not restocked. Cosmetic products are never displayed after the circuit breaker is lifted even though other Clarins counters don't seem to have this problem as those counters wrap their displays in plastic wrap even if you cannot test the products.
