Saw some bad reviews online. What i experienced was totally opposite!! Jayson attended as a sales person, and Roy attended to my follow-up queries. Happy with both! Even installers are professional despite slight language barrier! During 1st visit, had to re-arrange another date, as my door frame was not suitable for certain choice of digital lock. Not their fault. I didnt realise it until they shown me! ? And Roy managed to squeeze another date, a day after the first! ?????????? Will definitely engage MyDigitalLock again for my upcoming bto! Met Roy at Westgate he is very professional and friendly person. On the first occasion we were hunting around and didn’t want to commit as we were comparing other brands. He is still very helpful and asked us to reach out to him if we are keen or wanted to find out more.
