β β β β β Hope management looks at hygiene level of branch at Westgate.
The staff(old man) whom was cooking the noodles uses right bare(unclean) hand to break the noodles(left hand with gloves) . Next moment I see his thumb with long nail dip into the soup bowl to pass the soup to me.... disgusting

β β β β β Noodles at food Court prices which means more expensive than standard hawker fare but I thought the noodles were tasty.

β β β β β My $6.50 Sambal Sotong (squid) set came with the most miserable portion of squid I've ever seen, cut into a grand total of 5 pieces (including the tentacles). Each piece measured a total thickness of 1cm, 1 piece had max 1.2cm (excluding the tentacles). How did it taste, you asked? The portion was too little for me to successfully register any flavor - it was gone in a few bites. 1 star because the serving of squid was at least visibly present. Husband took pity on me and gave me half his drumstick - that gave my meal the other 1 star.

β β β β β Very decent BCM - good flavours and texture to the noodles. Just that the minced meat was a little dry and cold, the mushrooms and meatballs were tender and tasty. Easy recommend if you're looking for some good BCM in the mall.

β β β β β Ordered Laksa with no beansprouts. Told them no beansprouts thrice. The chef looked at the order, put it down, put the noodles in, and then put the beansprouts in, before any sauce was added. I told him "uh dont want beansprouts" in chinese, and then he told me ε·²η»ζΎδΊ or "already put inside", then just carried on. 10/10 i'm getting supparaki ramen next time.

β β β β β To enjoy the food here is like playing with lottery as they proved that having a good recipe doesn't necessarily transform to good food. Their rice items are like Chinese rice stalls where the ingredients are all pre-cooked, the staffs are essentially just assembling the food rather than cooking it yet the outcome can still be highly inconsistent. Some staff are generous with the portion while others are stringy even with the white rice and today, the staff was so overzealous with the curry gravy that it was as if eating curry 'porridge'.
