Worst experience. I did my hair colour today, the result really out my expectation. Cashier insisted there should be 2 colour tone the upper & lower part. In the end my hair turn out to be dark colour. I won't be coming back to this salon anymore.

Seems like all the bad reviews are about hair... I think the salon focus more on beauty eg. Facial, eyebrows etc? Anywayz, I always get my eyebrows threaded here and only look for Mia(not sure if it's the correct spelling). She doesn't hard sell unlike the other people working there and is super kind and helpful. She confirms with you what you want before getting started instead of just doing the style that she likes. Super recommended but I've only been served by her before for the past 1 year. Not sure about the others.

did eyebrow threading here. it was okay but the beautician was not friendly or welcoming.

The salon charges at least a 40% premium over other salons but the services do not match to the level of charges. Went there for waxing because this was the only salon to take me on a weekend without an appointment and the ordeal started since I walked in. 1. The gown I was given to change into was with broken buttons ans shabby 2. The waxing process took 2 hours and each time there were surprises in terms of additional charges (e.g. fingers will be charged over n above even if you have selected full hands) 3. I've bruises because of the savage pulling of waxing strips. The attendant told me I shouldn't do waxing due to my sensitive skin 4. After wax treatment was decent though the damage was already done during waxing and couldn't be covered 5. There was a hard selling of IPL treatment ("sensitive skin"), membership for $600 I'll be definitely not going there again.. it's been 2 days and bruise I have still isn't feeling better..

Worst salon I have ever visited. Do not ever go especially if you are not a member. If Google allows me to put 0 star, I would gladly do so without a doubt. Personally not a member so automatically they gave a new student stylist cut my hair today, told her what I wanted and she told me that it was impossible to cut short. Ended up shaving the back of my head until it doesn't even look like a hair! First time in my life the stylist did not even use a proper scissors to cut, AT ALL. Only thing she used was a shaver. Refused to show me the back of my hair, and found out afterwards that there is a hole!! Hard selling throughout. Made a mess out of my hair and tried to push the blame away after a ridiculous hair cut. Pretty sure any blind would have done it way better.

As it was my first time going there for a pedicure, I didn't realise what was in store for me. The lady who served me was so inexperienced and unprofessional. She failed to check the temperature of the water which she prepared to soak my feet in. My feet got hurt in the process as it was hot! While clipping the inner corner of my big toe, she clipped away deep into my skin that it started bleeding. Initially she used a new blade to shave the dead skin off my feet but suddenly switched to a used one. Moreover she kept forcing me to sign up for a pedicure package deal which I refused. NEVER will I ever return there for a pedicure. As for eyebrow threading, I like their service.
