★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going at Beauty Matters Salon since many years for under arms waxing and eyebrow threading . Upon best advise by Joti i went for IPL Hair removal first time for my underarms last week . She did it very gently . I didnt felt any pain . I noticed after a week that my hair growth is very minimal as compare to last time . I will recommend all my friend to the Best IPL Hair removal in Bedok area. Thanks Beauty Matters and team .I feel it that its Best Indian Salon in Singapore for me and my friends and we blindly rely on advise by Joti and her staff because of their honesty and handwork

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here to get my brows done all the time, and usually no problem, all perfect. So one day, I came for threading to clean up and I clearly told her not to do it so thin, but she did it anyway. She didnt ask me to check first she just went ahead and trimed it all off until nothing could be done. If wanted thin eyebrows I'd have gone to a chinese salon.

What I love the most is the nice and friendly, and acommodating personality of the people working there even the owner. Eventhough I live far from bedok area, I still go and do my eyebrows with them. Their service is superb and I highly recommend it.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to be a regular customer at Beauty Matters. Brazilian waxing for the first/second time were pretty painful for a newbie like me but subsequently they became bearable. Joti and Muna are really nice ladies, always trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Affordable prices as well and very accommodating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I have a very good experience with this indian beauty saloon. The lady boss Joti and her team of staff are wonderful people. I will usually do face threading and Henna quarterly. Face threading also include trimming of eye brow and Henna colour turn up beautifully as always. Saloon has other services like manicure and pedicure and facial and waxing but every service require an appointment. Strongly recommended is the Henna services which is good for healthy hair growth because all the ingredients used are natural herbs and made one day in advance. Henna service require advance appointment as they need to cook and cool the herbal mix and prepare a day or 2 in advance before treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited them for waxing - legs arms and Brazilian along with threading & facial. Have to appreciate and say their staff are so warm to interact & provide commendable service. Their hands application for any service is so delicate on customers skin that u can feel no pain. Hardly experienced that in many salons in Singapore.. Highly recommended and visiting them again fore sure ?

The place looks unassuming from the outside because of the decals concealing the shop for the patrons’ privacy, which I appreciate. The place is small, cramped and looks straight out of the 00s - but there’s a certain charm to it. It was a warm, friendly environment.
My first face threading experience went smoothly. The lady was knowledgeable and professional - she knew what she was doing and also barely any pain for me, except on sensitive areas like near the eyes.
Pocket-friendly too. Would definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this beauty parlor earlier to get my henna done for me, and my daughters. This was my biggest mistake as the henna designs I requested were not the same as the pictures and it looked like it was done by a total amateur. They claimed they were professionals but it didn't look like it. My henna is not symmetrical and it looks ugly. They even took full price for it even after my bad feedback. Wasn't worth the high price or money do not come. Edit: No I have visited your shop with the same address, don't cover your mistake. As you can see in the picture my hand is totally ruined and there's no touch of professionalism in the way it was done, they even used dirty tissues for my hand.
