Very bad experience with this outlet. Booked an appointment with them by calling but not only did they provide very bad and rude customer service, but I was not allowed to have my preferred hairstylist to do my hair because i did not sign a package with this specific outlet?? The front desk, Esther, was very rude and impatient, and kept saying "You cannot choose your hairstylist", indicating that I will get whoever is free, whether I like it or not. Unreasonable management, not customer friendly, very rude. For your sanity, do not sign a hair package with them and do not waste your money there.

Find this person name Sam, his/she is a very good hair stylish and I've been going there for about 2 year's for hair dye and hair cut.

Cuts as if you got covid and cant wait for you to gtfo, prioritizes speed over anything else. $5.80 for a "professional haircut" , would recommend other $5 hair salons nearby even though they dont use the word professional. Gave 3 stars because i believe not all the hairdressers there are the same. TLDR: My hair cut was definitely quick but its also weird.

Went for a simple haircut on afternoon at 2nd June, one of the staff who cut my hair feels like she has been trained in customer service as well, very friendly too. Her haircut is nice and she is quite meticulous during the cut.

I came here cos signed up voucher previously at TPY branch. But I would say that this branch the space and cleanliness is not what I expected, abit messy and cramp. I wanted to edit my initial review to give only one star rating. Sorry to say that not only the cleanliness is not up to expectation, but their service is really bad also. Wanted to use my voucher for hair treatment, didn’t have a pleasant experience with the hairstylist who assigned to help with my hair. Even after finish treatment, no single word was mentioned to me, he just walk away. It’s really bad service especially in a service Industry.

Best hair salon chain for cheap simple haircut $3.80 only! The chain has over 40 outlets around the island. Sign up for $38 package to get 12 haircuts! Highly recommended for non-fussy customers! Never posted a review before until this one. Have frequented this barber shop for a really long time hence quite familiar w the staff here. If anyone is here please try to avoid the old auntie with curly hair (w specs), she never fails to disappoint, there are other reviews about her below as well. Not only is she sloppy, and unskilled, her attitude is pretty terrible as well. Usually when I'm there and she's the only one that's free, I'll ask for someone else because I KNOW she'll mess up even a simple cut. Really cannot fathom how someone that has been cutting hair for such a long time can be so bad at a single simple job (my hair is p low maintenance; simple trimming). Overall the other staffs are p decent for the price you're paying for just avoid this auntie at all cost, even if every other shops are closed and she's the only barber in Singapore I wont ever get a cut from her again. No offense to other staffs here, they're doing fine. Just this one lady in particular.

Have a terrible experience at this bedok branch with a barber guy (a fairy skin, shorter, little bit fat guy), so unlucky when my turn to hair cut is him. His attitude very bad! Try to avoid this guy if can, other barbers are overall nice and good service with this price.
