Barber was distracted on phone throughout, tried to overcharge, and to top it off, hair cut was quite poor.

Haircut quality aside, this barbershop got to be one of the worst in term of service. Very unprofessional. The fella is totally distracted with his phone watching horse racing while cutting hair. At one point he asked the customer to wait while he is watching the final lap of the race lol.

First time I went to this barber shop for haircut and I requested to cut my hair shorter only and checked the price is $12 which listed under the price list. I will always close my eyes to rest during haircut. I felt a blade shaving my hair at the end and opened my eyes to check that he’s helping me do shaving. At the end of my haircut, he said the price was $15 and I checked that haircut with blade shaving cost $15. I decided just to pay for it although he didn’t even ask me if i want this service or not. Next time I went there for haircut again. I emphasised normal haircut which cost $12 and listed under the price list. This time he still did blade shaving without asking me again while I close my eyes for resting. By the time it was too late to stop him. I was very angry that this barber did it again without asking me. Anything that cost extra should seek customer’s agreement before do it but he didn’t. He is doing business very unethical way. I decided not to go there again. For people out there if you see this comment and if you still decided to go. Please don’t close your eyes during haircut. He might just help you add on extra service and charge you back without seek your permission.
