★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for my turn, was asked to sit in the store so the barber and his friend could chat outside. I waited some more, the barber brought his friend who was after me and skipped me altogether.
Don't manipulate your customers and don't skip without asking. I would have been ok if u asked.

Hip deco both in and outside, great music playing in the background while wait for my turn.
Waited for a bit as there is only one crew in their weekdays morning. (Suggest to come after 2pm for shorter wait).
Did my hair thing and overall good experience.
Will consider coming again the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cut my hair at Pasir Ris West Plaza outlet. I asked for a medium fade. The indian guy that was cutting my hair was so rude. I asked to cut my sides a bit shorter. He didn't acknowledge and continued cutting my hair. Moving on, I asked to cut the back of my head shorter. He ignored again. After cutting, he asked if I had any other comments. In the end, the haircut I got was actual dog water, really trash. It wasn't even a fade. It was half hair, the other half lesser hair. Do something about your staff.
