Very hostile and impolite, rough in handling my hair. Hairstylist cut for the sake of cutting, no enthusiasm to style the hair. It was a bad decision to sign package, truly regretted.

Not only did I sign up for the hair service, I also sign up for their massage. Never do tt. The masseur r from china but one by one left the salon for China without replacement. I still have 10 more sessions with them n now the one n only masseur is gg back to China without informing me. I happened to b there today n went to book appt. She told me she is gg back to China n wont know when she will b back. I felt cheated yet I don't know where n who to report to abt such actions. I HV a feeling she won't come back any more as her whole family is back to China n company is not getting a replacement for her during her indefinite action.

The attitude changes when you sign up. Whenever I show up, they look super irritated and always tell me 1 hour waiting time. And just to justify that wait they chat with colleagues and go around and come back to fill the wait hour. Absolutely unprofessional. While signing up they sounded very promising and mentioned the last service will be taken at 8.30pm since they close at 9pm. When I show up at 7.30pm also I am turned down. Never renewing next and honestly counting the number of sessions to go each time.

Please avoid this saloon. Poor altitude and anyhow cut. Rude and face change if u reject to sign up their “packages” i thot well renovated saloon is run by local or malaysian. Go in i hear the CN ascent i immediately regretted. Poor skill. They only earn for 3meal. Bad worst terrible experience.

This place is over rated at 1 star. Just read through all the other reviews and I could resonate with each of them. Walked out with a haircut just like one done by my younger brother when we were playing around during childhood days. Come if you would like to revive those memories... Saving grace: I am thankful that my ears are intact.

The best part of this is the time I spend to write the review . First I waited an hour to dye my hair. Color was not consistent for the whole head. It’s okay , so I went to wash off okay water went down my shirt , mask , forehead . It’s okay . So they make me sat at the chair let me wait until my hair dried by itself . That is final chance I given to this salon. Screw them on service and the quality. Subpar standards

The salon staff at Serangoon North very bad attitude. The moment I entered, he asked me got membership anot. I said have because I just stay opposite the salon. The stylist Jerry even recognize me whenever I pass by. He told me he doubted I have membership before even checking. After he finished with his customer, he asked for my membership number. I told him, he just check abit n insisted that I have no membership. I repeatedly asked him to check with the outlet at Serangoon Central, he just ignored. The supervisor then shouted from behind my DOB ,then he found. Attitude n vipes was not right. Very bad attitude, just because I sign packages with the other outlet at Serangoon Central, he is not happy and reluctant to do my hair color. I asked him straight if he wants to do anot. He told me in Chinese, 你不要我帮你做也行。 Meaning if I don't like him to do for me also ok. I tried to look at his name tag, he turned away n try to hide...ask me not to see his name. I will never ever step in here again n won't ask my friends to patronize this outlet.

Pretty good experience and price is very cheap and people were very helpful. Look for Jackie hairstylist (guy).
