★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended. When you look for a vendor through Google it can sometimes be a hit-and-miss. But in this case I felt like I won the lottery! Almost every touchpoint was perfect - from responsiveness at initial enquiry, ability to get an early appointment, text message when workman is on the way and nearing, efficient use of tablets instead of paper forms etc. Even a small invoicing adjustment that happened to be needed was handled efficiently and without fuss. (P.S. the cleaning quality was good too and would expect this as a given. But above was what impressed the most!)
