Every time, the team are professional and the work quality is great leaving everything looking like new.

They are very serious in their business as they provide a very detailed brochure together with the quotation. Their staff were punctual and behaved politely during the cleaning process. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean Care has been consistent, professional and none of my items sent to them for laundry have been lost or damaged. Unlike with other services I've used before.
Those had cool apps but no substance behind. Lots of lup service and no action.
This service doesn't use an app but they haven't made mistakes which is so much more valuable.

After a day, the stain is still very visible and fibers had roughened even on areas which were not stained but still underwent their cleaning process. Reached out to the company to report the situation and was informed that Operations Manager will return call. Have yet to hear from their manager. Had to sought other professional help to clean and restore carpet.
