★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked for a helper before pandemic. Provided 1 transfer maid - horrible attitude. Sent her back to agent. They couldn't provide another helper. We kept contacting them over sometime, they kept saying no helper and when recently we contacted them, they said..the duration for helper replacement is over and now need to kickstart bringing new helper from india which will definitely incur more $. I think this is unethical business practices. The business is supposed to be responsible to provide a helper and if they not able to at that moment, hold on and assist to provide when you can..instead of saying replacement period is over. I lost my $ for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was trying to hire a transfer helper. They kept pushing me to confirm and asked them for a few details they will need to confirm and get back to me. I called in the morning and nobody got back to me and I had to personally call them twice in the evening to follow up. The person named Gayathri working there didn’t bother calling or texting me me back, instead, I called them and the colleague informed that the helper wants to suddenly go back. I am so blown away by their lack of professionalism.
