They were professional and very detailed when explaining their services. They also told me there's no need for over doing treatments for the floorings and I felt they genuinely care for their customer. Will definitely engage them again next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kept asking to make arrangements to come down on site. Made arrangements and they MIA on us. Refused to pick up calls or reply to WhatsApp even tho msg was read and online. If you’re not gona show at least have the decency to tell us so we don’t come all the way to the house and wait for you here. Super unprofessional and a waste of our time. You can imagine they will just bail on you on after service if you ever engage them.
