I do not have a good experience with them for the following reasons: 1) They can be very late for their appointments (we waited 2 hours for them to show up once). 2) They often do not look like they are serious in their inspection. (a) When they are late, they will do a rush job that makes us wonder why we even bother waiting. (b) When we point out that we saw termites at a certain place, the person will peer at the hole and say "I see nothing" in a dismissive manner. We then ask them to put some powder in the hole but they refused, insisting that there are no termites and it would simply be a waste of the powder. 3) They tell lies. More than once, they claim that we have made appointments with them for pest inspection, when this has never happened. While we want our home to be regularly inspected for pests, we do not appreciate them suddenly showing up and lying that we have scheduled the inspection. Shouldn't the company phone/text/email us for a date and time when we are available BEFORE actually coming? Instead, their workers can show up at our place claiming that we have made the appointment and catching us by surprise. We do not know how many people in the company are in charge of scheduling such appointments, but we do know that one of them is a woman called Adeline and we have so far only been talking to a woman on the phone. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
